In honor of Mrs. Hayne\u2019s unwavering commitment to elderly care, the Bethesda Health Group Foundation created a giving society in 2023 for its faithful donors: the <a href=\"https:\/\/bethesdahealth.org\/giving-to-bethesda\/elizabeth-hayne-society\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elizabeth Hayne Society<\/a> (EHS).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMembers of the Elizabeth Hayne Society are dedicated to the mission of providing all levels of exceptional care to the elderly regardless of their financial resources,\u201d says Linda Sanders, Corporate Vice President and Director of Development. \u201cOur members make annual cumulative gifts of $1,000 or more, helping to provide direct care to qualified Bethesda seniors who require home health, at-home services, hospice care or financial assistance to remain in their beloved Bethesda homes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The inaugural EHS luncheon was held in October of 2023 at the Piper Palm House, where close to 100 people gathered to hear Linda share a story about a resident who benefitted from their generosity.
